Pre-Launch Trial
After nearly 3 years in development and close collaboration with a team of leading experts in progressive language immersion education, Blue Marble Language Academy™ is preparing to launch in Venice, California. Blue Marble provides Mandarin (and soon Spanish) immersion classes for preschool and elementary school age children.
During our pre-launch period, we are offering FREE trial sessions for each of our three programs. Class size is limited and offered on a first come first served basis, with a limit of one trial per student.
Preschool Readiness / Parent 'n Me Classes (6 months to 3 years) – playful 1, 2 or 3 day per week classes in shorter 45 minute increments that work well with the attention span of most toddlers. A focus on music and movement allows children to begin to acquire Mandarin language skills, often while thinking that they are just playing. Check our schedule and tell us when you'd like to come for a free trial. Please bring a completed Student Information Form to your child's trial session.
Kindergarten Prep Classes (4 to 5 years) – games, art projects and other age-appropriate activities offered in 2-hour class session that meets 1, 2 or 3 days per week to prepare children for future enrollment in a traditional or language immersion kindergarten. Check our schedule and tell us when you'd like to come for the free trial. Please bring a completed Student Information Form to your child's trial session.
Elementary School Enrichment Program (Grades K to 3) - A typical 100% language immersion day includes pick-up from Broadway Elementary School, a plant-based Non-GMO snack, a physical activity, homework tutoring, an enrichment activity, and creative play time. Parents may pick their child up at any time before Blue Marble closes at 6:00 p.m. Click here for our location detail. All teachers are native target-language speakers, with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, prior U.S. teaching experience, and ongoing participation in Blue Marble’s proprietary teacher training program. Blue Marble Language Academy is an independent school, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Broadway Elementary School.
